"No sabemos tecnicismos médicos, pero ya nos dijeron que César, nuestro amigo de 19 años perdió mucha sangre y tiene que estar al menos 10 días en la Unidad de Terapia Intensiva, pero aun lo mantienen en traumatología porque no tienen sino tres camas en la unidad y ya están copadas", dijo la indignada mujer quien afirmó que las autoridades deben mejorar la seguridad en el evento
