new weapon/ set = more income
more income= more gm assistant/ gm happy
more gm assistant/ gm happy =  more events/ no bugs
more events/ no bugs = all happy

very like this.. new set new weapon. More money Admin happy so that the ADMINs can Upgrade/Increase the Host/server Bandwith. to avoid laags even got many players.
