GM any penalty for this case ?

This person is trying to scam me by giving fake KPTN in ML ! ML's KPTN has 18 digit's but this person only gave 13digit's and He's trying to tell me that i'll gave 1st the 3TA's co'z He gave me the "KPTN
And this person spreading wrong information in "Mandara Village" He said that i'm the one who scam him LoL  :lol: :lol:
