not updating or banned IP?

hi tantra FR staff. im new here in tantraFR.. plss help me.. i dont have any idea how to solve this. my client wont update.. i do have internet connection.. id downloaded ssttantra.exe which was given to me by a certain moderator. but nothing happens..

 please see my attachments for some clarifications..

Hi - run STTantra in admin ... check anti-virus ... maybe accepte Tantra ....

i have a screenshot that ivd attached earlier..

the launcher says cannot open tempTantra.exe after i click the error promt another error says cannot open version file and another error after says cannot open tantra.dat file..

 it seems like i theres no connection between my pc and your server.. those errors occur like those unplugged internet cable but im totally connected to the internet.. id like to suggest to try unplug ur internet cable from your pc and those error occurs.. im not saying im not connected to the internet but seems like those errors were like unconnected to internet.

by the ways i have totally shutdown my antivirus and exempted the game from firewall.. but everything's seems to occur again and again..  (while i was typing this i was totally out of my temper)..

please i need quick response..

what do you mean it doesnt update?

the green line doesnt show up when launcher is clicked?
or nothing happens when you click start game

hi tnx for all your efforts and suggestion...
i dont wanna bother you at all.. it seems that my IP is or was banned..

there were many tantraFR playing at our place .and also there were many  IP/modem/MAC address-cloners in our place.. i guess somebody used my IP or MAC address that was banned the earlier time.

the client seem really having no connection to your servers... some kinda blockade.

one thing,,, theres no such green bar or something updating,,, NO GREEn BAR ,...NOT UPDATING.. the pictures in the launcher was gone,, the launcher displays like browsing the internet using internet explorer but having no internet connection..
