Yut Nori quest bug Strange nation of the East

This quest is bugged like in Anagami/Aranyakas I think.

Please fix it or skip the quest.

did you went to yut nori on scheduled? correct me if i'm wrong but i think the yut nori quest have time schedule and will be announce at biryu

of corz sis, i tried the yut nori in the correct time, i sent a ticket to the gms, they said it is bugged, and i have to w8 for the next maintenance.
