SUCCESS RATE DEDUCTED?

Good day...I've been wondering, did the success rate has been deducted and why is that there's no Exp Festival?...Unlike last time, there is an Exp Festival...I noticed it when i was upgrading some of my gears with elements and chakra attributes and it took me so long and got tired of it and i stopped...I almost bought 150pcs of elements/chakra attributes and it only succeeded twice...And after resting i tried it again, bought another 90 pcs and i only got 1... And i always checked the POT before upgrading if its full or not...I was planning to upgrade my gears from +9 to +15, but after what i've experienced i'm thinking twice of doing it...

So did you lowered the success rate GM3K?...And if you did, why?...Is it because of the Chinese Players?...

Ohh ok GM, thanks for the respond...I'll just upgrade my gears later then... But it still bothers me though, 150pcs and i only got 2-3 success...I need more luck...Ahahaha

yesterday ago, im refining weapon to +15, im use 7 bedante, 1 fail, + 6 succes , its a very lucky, and today im refining 8 bedante, refining armor +13 to +14, its a 8 All bedante Fail, i thinks today im not lucky, so i stop refining today, maybe tomorow i can try again.
