is there anyway? Stuck at KRUMA for 2days

plsss GM Maku is there anyway to teleport us players that is stuck at kruma to other maps.. we don't need to w8 until the patch....
and for the compensatons.. its better to give it to the ones trap.
actually my chars are not in kruma.. becaus of our boss hunt... one by one my chars died and didn't have selfrijans so when i respawn ... saved location at kruma.
plss fix this ASAP.
