Dear GM. . . is there a Problem in Changing my char's name to a new one????

because the Name of my Char is still the same. . .and my 2pcs Tattoo charm is already gone. . when you reply my ticket # 2437 : you said Hello-Done-Good Game, so im hoping it was already done changing.BUt when i Log in my Char,its still the Same Name. . .

is there any Problem in changing NAME GM??? or it needs Time to change one char's Name???
im Hoping for you Kind reply to my problem.or Inform me so that i can know what happen. . .
