GM 3k how to unbann IP?

Good Day GM3k and all the staffs.
i would like to ask to unbann the IP of my friend...
they are beta players before... and been convince that this server is the best..
they are just disappointed that their IP was banned just by registering accounts.
plss GM do unbann their IP.. will give the infos as soon as u reply thank you.

thank you for the reply.. i don't want to disappoint them.. they really want to play in this server...
is it safe to post the IP here? i worry about the hackers out there.

they say the reason why they are banned.... all because the email verifications takes to long to be sent.. so they register again and again.
