i have compare it with set clean and set with +15 the damage on pvp is still the same kindly check it even satya with 23k def is still feel your not wearing anything

uhh this is hard... please do it yourself

get a willing victim to take the blow then
bash him with a "set clean" as you say then screenshot the damage
then change with  +15 set then bash him again using the same skill or just melee attack
then provide screenshot of the damage
