Inquiry: Level 55 quest (The Mask)

We need help on the scenario quest below - Good salesman in Village of Outcast is not there, or is there something like needed to be accomplished so that he'll show up just like the ET NPC.

Scenario Quest #31: The Mask (For level 55 and above)
Reward: 1,000,000 Pranas
1. Go to Storehouse Keeper Borer.
2. Seek Vibvan of Anu Village.
3. Reject.
4. Collect 66 pieces of Balastha Tundela Cursed Mara's Horns.
5. Deliver to Vibvan.
6. Find Elder Zangzu.
7. Visit Goods Salesman Rui Shan.
8. Look for Goods Salesman Ryupuwei at Exile. -  where the hell is this NPC?

Level 55

1. Talk to Storehouse Keeper Borer (exile storage man)
2. Collect 66 cursed Mara horn, 40 bat wings and 20 sleek bat wings
3. Talk to Vibvan (anu weapon man) he will get your 66 Mara curse horn
Reward/s: 1M pranas, 500k rupiah, Dvanta's Spirit Stone
4. Talk to Elder Zangzu (jina elder)
Reward/s: 300k pranas
5. Talk to Jina Goods Salesman then go to Exile Goods Salesman

kuya is either sya ung nagbebenta ng dru sa jina or sya ung matba na nagbbibigay ng quest for 2nd job na trouble maker in mandara

thanks po sa reply.. we've tried all the jina salesman NPC but neither of them works..

bug ang quest kuya, ala tlga ung cnasabi mong npc, dun ka dn kc ngccraft ng earing bracelet at rings (etc. gate keepers earing, desert lord bracelet), just wait for the patch bka sakaling lumitaw xa dun...

thanks po sa reply.. we've tried all the jina salesman NPC but neither of them works.. 

Go to Mandara bro, its the NPC near the maiden selling amara armors i think, can't remember the name of that npc, but try all NPC's there near maiden. just click 1 by 1.

i already finished the MASK quest ryupei is the one selling Amara21
but the problem is.. another quest named THE DOLL MAKER quest.. that you need to takl to ryupei but when i go to the npc in mandara its not working anymore.

i really need to finish it so that i can take the quest in the new maps. which has great quest rewards.
