why the IP address is in other country maybe they change there IP so that they cannot easily caught by the act

How to secure your account :
-- Don't use same password and ID OR OLD PW K11 (2011)
-- Don't use your name, surname, ID,  forum name, phone number and birth date as your password
-- Use a password with letters AND numbers
-- tantra123 or 123456 = Bad password and No Support
-- Multiple accounts? Use differents passwords.
-- Change your password weekly and never use old one again.  ! () ^ * + - ~ _ Are allowed
-- Have different passwords and security informations for each application (mail, messenger, forum, game).
