Jayaste ---> exclusive for mijung 2 and 1

Paz -----> exclusive for mijung 3, 2 and 1

and also for other skilll

changing the GS i think it is possible :) before LAGAS is for mijung 2 and 1... but due to demand of others... lagas is now for mijung 1...
