SIR can I ask something?.,.,. my Friend char. named 2weak4you can't open his char. why is it happend?? any violation did he commeted??

I remmember sir. that after we trade and I used ANAKniABAT char name that time and after that you investigate my char.,  also didnt open his char..,.,can I ask sir. IF you inculde 2weak4you's account in your investigation???He is innocent sir.,.

I help my friends char back sir,.,
