NEW RULE/S IN KRUMA FOR MAGES ABIKARA & SAMABAT = ASTICA 19, 20, 21 :

:g30: Mages with levels Astica 19, 20 or 21 is allowed to have max chakra and max skills :g30:
:g30: Any mages caught inside kruma with a level below Astica 19 shall be punished :g30:
:g30: All configurations chakra & Skills are allowed for Levels 19,20, 21 Level Down / Reset or not :g30:

:g30: ABIKARA AND SAMABAT WILL BE CHECK THIS COMING JULY 23, 2013. :g30:
