Clone of EnvyXV! (Former EnvyXIII)

I just PMed EnvyXV  (former EnvyXIII) that he already change the name of his char to EnvyXV so it will cannot clone his char now but someone PMed me the same name of his old name "EnvyXIII" GM3K, Can you please trace the IP of the char? Its a clone.
