i cant finish my quest because i cant enter West or East Library

right after u killed CHE MESA, it will automatically open the door for you. Which door exactly are u referring to?

yeah it should open after killing che mesa, ive played tantra ph before and finished the library quest
i was thinking maybe i needed a party because before we always party up when killing che mesa
