then

leg weapon <clean or dirty ups> + gold medal = leg weapon+15

This is bad marketing strategy for the GM if he will do this event I think though this is a good suggestion.

Non-sense. Priest Vananta will be useless, then. Anyone who's got the money can just pour some cash and boom, +15 item. It's unfair for those who spend time upgrading their items.
