If you see 5% to Mandara, the owner gets 0% of the tax Mandara
If you see 6% to Mandara, the owner gets 1% of the tax Mandara
If you see 7% to Mandara, the owner gets 2% of the tax Mandara
If you see 8% to Mandara, the owner gets 3% of the tax Mandara
If you see 9% to Mandara, the owner gets 4%  of the tax Mandara
