Anyone knows a legit answer if the item below can be crafted into a crystal weapon?

i think it cannot be crafted into a crystal weapon.. it's just like the forbidden lvl 80 weapons.. they cannot be crafted into a crystal weapon

thats only rare weapon, rare cannot implementation to crystal. if u need to crafting crystal, find weapon ahm19 clean, thats weapon can crafting to crystal, but until now, i dont know a bug fixed or not, maybe u need ask gm 3000fr  :g201b:
