you zoom out you cam?  correct me if i'm wrong, your cam can only capture the extent of zoom that your HTlauncher was set.

let me clarify, we can't see the dusha casting clearly cause of your zoom, its way out - characters are too small. i suggest you provide another video, with a normal and standard preset views.  then let's discuss.

in any case, we can have GM 3K/Supervisors make an assessment and recommendation on it.

and u based it from what? from a video with characters shown at a questioned view. with a justification of a cam zoomed out lol.  as i have posted, have the char checked. if his casting isn't normal, then let the appropriate penalty be given.

mind you guys, in ph tampering of view is subject to permanent ban if proven.  i have seen several cases like this on this server, and have discussed it with 3K.  it has been included in the test server currently being processed.
