TO GM 3K my IP IS BANNED? for multiple accounts log in(ERROR)

I cant log in to my web for ticket becoz of multiple accounts log in.. what should i do .....I log in  only in forum but in the home page cannot??  GM any idea my passwords are all ok but the error comes out 2/3 attempts IP banned its been 4 days looked like this....


What should i do to correct log in:

Is the Forum ID and Web ID is the same or not?   help me  my Account name is Redtax2012 but my forum ID is JEEPIES which is which the correct way to log in the web?

website and forums are not d same .. u should make a forum account to log in .. also, banned from multiple log in error will be ok after few minutes ..

FORUM ID = u need to register..
WEBSITE ID = same account in game.  :too-much-wine:
