I definitely typed in the right secret code, I even have a copy on my email address but it keeps telling me that it's wrong. What's up?

are u trying to delete a character? You can only request this from GM 3000 via support center.

Secret Code (Captcha Code) upon registration or 7 digits secret code for deleting char

If you tried to delete your character, sorry to inform you that the secret code in deleting your character is impossible. You need to file a ticket (free) for the GM to delete it successfully

player cannot self deleting the char with secret code or any code 

if u need delete char, just simple, open ticket, write del ticket, u lvl, nick char, tribe, casta, after u open ticket, log off u account
