Top Up PINS Haven't Received Yet via PW (Bank Transfer - DragonPay)

I have been trying to contact support and filed a ticket (Ticket # 5533) but seems I haven't receive my Top Up PINS nor any updates from both supports here and the donation host.

Anyone tried donating thru this method? If so, what was the outcome? I am getting worried now and my patience seems eating me

Thank you GM 3000fr. Anyways, I tried to ask you many times but I haven't receive an answer yet. The situation was I donated within the time frame of the Double Taney Event but unfortunately wasn't able to obtain the Top Up PINS before the event ended. Now I would like to ask if those PINS that I will be receiving will still be eligible for x2 Taney?

I'm having the same problem.. 1 of my taney pin doesn't added on my donations.. I'm still waiting for this case.. I donated it during x2 so Im hoping that it will be doubled .. I used ******~****** (paie:))

...do you mean that the time you receive the payment/donation or the time I made the payment/donation?
