whats the purpose of deleting? its better recorded so GM can see what complaints/queries you have made in the past.

there were some personal information of the other account stated in the ticket and im planning to sell my main account (SaintDhee) which was used in recovering Mysticquing info.. and thats ticket  #2165.. so the old ticket is need to be deleted to protect MQ's information..
