Delete everything, re install, make sure you are using the ADMIN account on your computer, disable anti virus, disable the user account protection.

I have Windows 7 64Bit but everything is working fine. What is Anti-Virus?

I have a bitdefender 2013 and i always turn it off when I want to attempt to play and even placed the folder as an exception.


I just got my files not 12 hours ago from the site. You might have old files lingering inside your folders that's making it possible for you to run it or something.

You can also try to reset or restart your router. Do this while your computer is off.

Thanks to all the suggestion guys. I tried everything and I got it working. I just edited the firewall rules.
