Tantra K12 not working on my Windows Vista home Basic OS

Hello GM 3000 i cannot play tantra k12 in my laptop everytime i launch the game it crashes...theres something wrong in the Xtrap i think or gameguard and it automatically restarts my PC whats the problem with this GM i really want to play tantra k12...by the way im using ROBOSCAN anti virus and theres no problem about that because i already excluded the game in the anti virus as list of safe program...my concern now is about the gameguard...can you help me with this please...

i tried to play the k12 but right after I Press the Start Game

something stops the game, it says" Cannot Find HTStartup.cfg! "

Hello ...  LAUNCH --> STTantra.exe  Run as Administrator [Right click] 

Maybe Problem graphic Card or memory .....

sorry for the late reply GM 3k this is the error..im running on admin account i right click it and run as administrator but still its not working im stuck with this error i already redownloaded the files but still no good...T_T
