30ms does that mean good thing or bad? Lol

ofcourse very good..1/30th of a sec.. means you can send/request data to the server in just 0.03 secs.. but that data doesnt tell all,
it just shows you that latency because of your proximity to the server.. it doesnt considered.. the situation of the server...

did you traceroute the right server?

i assume not cuz 2ms seems impossible..

try this instead:

1.start(win7) , window key + q (win8)
2. search "run"
3.paste this:         ping 62.210.152.245 -t

i just traceroute the goggle in my computer. Later i will traceroute the www.3000tantra-fr.com or what would be the servers ID.

I will try your suggestion Sir. I am still at work. Thanks

So it only means the lag is not on my end... Its the servers problem right?

This one ? Pinging my own IP

Is this the Servers IP? I already ping but the results is different

Now using Monitos by tracing the route of the server

 Same as pinging  :g32:

62.210.152.245 is the tantra-fr's IP(as provided by GM in his post)...  if you ping your own ip..then it's no surprise you have very low latency.. as I said latency depends on how close you are to the server..

Sort of..but even if you and the server might have good connections, however other players that have bad connections can affect your gaming too..
how is this possible?
--servers update each players status constantly, if other player has some bad connections, the server will have difficulty
pointing out the current status of that player thus giving you some false returns/feedback..
