I have smart broadband at home and its lag.  I got globelines broadband sa net shop namin its worse!

I tried to play League of Legends, Connection is ok, but when i tried to play tantra, I experience lag and delays.

why are you comparing league of legends and this server?
of LoL is more optimize and has more powerful servers...

you didnt get my point, im just saying that my connection is not the problem. because if its my connection, it's possible that my LoL is laggy too

Sorry but I think it's you that didnt get the point.. One factor the affects lag is proximity to the server, LOL probably have servers closer to your region
but ofcourse, not just that, its about the game engine as well, tantra is an old game, the game engine use to build this game is not as sophisticated as the new games..
thats why you can see the game decrease significant FPS when rendering graphics(i.e such as archer samayoga) while newer games solve this graphic rendering issues..

Good pc specs, could potentially help reduce the impact of this issue, but you have to think about the server side too.. this is what I meant about being not optimize..

well yes, but LAGS and DELAYS for almost 1 month? that's why we opened a thread, gm might fix the problem. 
i know about the engines and stuff, I've been playing tantra for a long time. I'm just testing LoL as my basis for my internet connection if there's a problem. I didnt compare the graphics, servers, and other issues.

I think asia pacific region has just bad routing in this server.. maybe consider relocating server?
(150ms test using cmd traceroute)
I guess north america has good routing through asia and has cheap but powerful rental servers..

thats basically where your connections goes/routed from your PC to tantra server..

45x-s31-1-a9k2.dc3.poneytel is the tantra's server.. took you 30ms to access request from server..

you can accomplish similar feat in CMD by typing "tracert 62.210.152.245" or "ping 62.210.152.245 -t" (no quotes)

since the server has firewall, you cant see the succeeding hop..(represent that X, after hop 11) but the connection is still there..
