KRUMA level rules will apply. LEVEL DOWN characters are not allowed EXCEPT mages. Abikara/Samabat can level down until astica 19 only.

Yes, the purpose of the clash between GODMATES is to know who will represent their GOD in the CLASH OF THE GODS finals. If many wants to join then they must be put into a battle. Whoever wins will be their Gods representative. In the case of Vishnu, only 1 TEAM is willing to join, atleast 1 team will stand for Vishnu other than having nothing.  :g34:
