not entirely the buyers fault, actually. how many cases have there been when people were scammed? yeah, a lot.
send money then the seller fly away to the moon and GM helped the victim at that.

given that the buyer knew that the pilot is the one selling, backed-up by lies of the pilot that, "hey, yeah, the real owner entrusted me to sell this" and other BS.

historically, there is one successful transaction between a pilot and a buyer e.g: MP of SkJev as represented by pilot Tawing. and there are many more.

point is, it is unfair to disclose the arguments in favor of the owner xDroydx and leave the buyer Bossy hanging because he was "careless".

that's like a police saying to a victim, "nah. we won't help you get your stolen jewelries back. it's your fault! you were careless!"

For this case, Yes they both have faults, buyer and account owner. Suspect here is the pilot and kindly look at what really happened. Its not the owner who made the transaction and obviously not guilty. Now if you are the buyer, would u just do what this buyer did? if im in his shoe, i would contact the owner first and talk to him directly and not with anyone else.

yeah maybe i was reckless to mention SkJev and Tawing as an example coz i don't know their story.
anyway, concedes to the obvious arguments:

1. pilot's fault,
2. owner's clean,
3. buyer's fault.

and we all can agree that both owner and buyer were dumb. and the pilot dumber for thinking he can get away with this.

again, it would be unfair not to consider the side of the buyer (along with his dumb actions) and not give what is due to him.

like, our fellow Filipinos try to go abroad and then get scammed by illegal recruiters, beaten, items stolen, lost and go TNT - Now if you are the that "Filipino", would u just do what this "Filipino" did? if "we" are in "their" shoe, "we" would contact the legal goverment body (DOLE, etc) first and talk to "them" directly and not with anyone else.

it's unfair not to help that "Filipino". after all, it already happened.
