Thats Video 1000% CHEAT, i see my friend at internet cafe in indonesia playing other server (tantr indonesian server) same speed so i can conclude CE 


for the long term I hope GM provide strict sanctions to CE user so that the server can continue to survive, if not over time people will leave this server

in cheat engine their is a toggle key which is you can able to jump in a bit ahead we used to know this during ph days tantra. During that time the server cant solved the problem and the GMs announcement free CE kruma after a week server shutsdown.. I hope this will not happen in FR and if ever i will go back to kakaotalk games

Yes, you are right and now I wonder why people who were banned just recently keep on escavating OLD files. If you will be in court, your credibility on this evidence will be questioned as to why it was reported just now which is already late and NOT on the day that the abuse (if it was) was committed. I believe Rassel had been accused before but was never convicted because there was no concrete evidence. Now, is this one of the old videos of Rassel that GM already decided as not guilty in the past that you folks trying to revive?

I 'm not expert using archer character (slow hands here).

For Rassel Blinking issues  probably Rassel if lagg.. Yes, he blink but notice his/her skill animation(s) is normal meaning to say slow/normal animation.

CE is not just blinking but also the skill / movement animation is rather fast.

Any other concerns please feel free to post your opinions.
