but now swaping MP to other tribes sounds quite not good.

GM 3K, to get rid of "overflowing TAs" as fixeus said, why not give us the option:

instead of 3 GOLD MEDALS  AND 1 TA, we can also pay
1.  with 10PCS TA ACCESS, or
2.  50K taney for inter-tribal MP SWAP.
