Install WINRAR 1st, then extract the file and get all the 4 Items from extracted folder then replace all the 4 files from the old,  then SStantra.exe... Click the SStantra for patching, after that RUN ADMIN...

run it with administrator. or click property then compatibility then check the always open with administrator.
