IP BANNED! HELP GM 3K!

Hi GM 3k! I am trying to log in to my account using my banar and karya account.. But when I do so, my IP address is banned based on multiple log ins.. I dont know what happened GM 3k and I dont see any problem why my IP address will be banned.. Kindly help me GM 3k .. I am only playing in my house together with my nephew who is also my pilot..

And also gm 3k when i try to log in into the game and put my correct password it says there ID DOES NOT EXIST! whats going on Gm 3k? :(
