CLIENT ERROR

Does anyone know how to fix this kind of issue?



AFTER CLICKING "OK" ANOTHER ERROR APPEARED



I reinstalled the game many times, yet it gives me the same result

Note: the internet connection is stable, the firewall and anti virus are disabled, extracted the windows8 file on Tantra folder, and the game is running fine on my other devices

I THINK GM MUST MAKE A THREAD THAT WOULD ALWAYS BE SEEN SO THAT THE NEW COMERS AND PIONEERS CAN SEE IT EASY TO DOWNLOAD THE FILE...PUT IT ON THE WEB WINDOW.
